So, at HEROtsc, you won’t just go through a thorough induction process – giving you the introduction you need to hit the ground running – but you’ll also have all the support we can give as you get to grips with your role. You’ll get coaching from colleagues who’ve started out in the same role, you’ll have a self-assessment programme to measure your progress and you’ll have a range of formal training sessions to build on your skills – you could even go to our Management University.

HEROtsc Management University
It doesn’t matter what role you take when you join us. If you’ve the right skills and the right attitude, you can make it all the way to the top. What we offer goes beyond the standard Management Training Programmes – it’s a university, with a course for every step of the ladder, right up to Senior Management level.
Freshers’ Week – New Team Leaders
This is a week-long course, designed to give people a start in leadership, with all the skills they’ll need for supporting their team.
Undergraduate Programme – Team Leaders
Helping Team Leaders build on their skills to make the next step, this programme comes in four parts – including e-learning, formal training sessions, HR modules and finishing off with the chance to gain a nationally-recognised award through the Institute of Leadership & Management.
Postgraduate Specialised Programme – Operational Managers
With a set of specialised modules, tailored to each individual, this programme is designed to give managers a step up – and into more specific areas of HEROtsc’s operations.
Masters Programme – Senior Management
At this level, the training is all about the individual, the skills they already have and the skills they need – so this programme is tailored to each personal development plan.
